Whataburger Character Award
Award Applicant Criteria
- Must be considered a team member of participating team in Bayou Jamb 2023.
- Must be classified as a Senior in 2023-2024 academic school year.
- Exemplifies the character of courage, respect, honor, diligence, and service to the community.
Recipient will receive Whataburger gift basket and FREE Whataburger for a year. Award will be given during Bayou Jamb 2023 event.
Spirit of St. Francis Award
Award Applicant Criteria
The Spirit of St. Francis Award recognizes an outstanding senior member of a football team from one of the participating schools in the 2023 Bayou Jamb who excels in academics, community involvement, and extracurricular activities and who also exemplifies the following St. Francis Medical Center Core Values:
- Service
- Reverence and love for all of life
- Joyfulness of spirit
- Humility
- Justice
Award recipient will receive a $1,000 educational stipend to go toward their post graduate education school of choice. Coaches can nominate up to 2 senior players for this award.
