Fan Jamb Week is a week-long celebration leading up to the Bayou Jamb Football Jamboree, bringing together student-athletes, fans, schools, businesses, community partners, and football supporters for unforgettable experiences that celebrate the tradition of high school football.
From community events and local flavors to fan activities and special tributes, Fan Jamb Week captures the spirit, pride, and passion that make Northeast Louisiana football special.
Join us throughout the week for exciting events including Taste of the Tailgate, Salute to Service, Championship Square Village, and the Fan Jamb Tailgate — all leading up to the opening kickoff of the Bayou Jamb Football Jamboree.

Kick off Bayou Jamb Week with one of the area’s favorite traditions — Taste of the Tailgate!
Local restaurants and food vendors come together to showcase their best tailgate-inspired dishes as fans sample incredible food, enjoy the atmosphere, and vote for their favorite creations.
It’s the perfect way to celebrate the flavors of Northeast Louisiana while getting ready for an unforgettable football weekend.

Tailgating is a football tradition across the country, but Bayou Jamb fans take it to another level. Whether you’re cheering for your hometown team, spending time with family, connecting with friends, or creating new memories, the Fan Jamb Tailgate is the place to be before kickoff.
The fun begins Friday, August 28 as fans, spirit groups, community organizations, and local businesses gather in the Pecan Grove to enjoy great food, music, fellowship, and the excitement leading up to game time.

Championship Square Village

FREE Admission for All Fans!

Located adjacent to the Fan Jamb Tailgate, Championship Square Village is the ultimate gathering place for fans of all ages.

The Village opens Friday, August 28 at 3:00 PM and continues Saturday, August 29 beginning at 10:00 AM, creating a fun-filled atmosphere before the games and throughout Bayou Jamb weekend.
